Could not recommend Bryan Herr and Buerkle Honda enough. We spoke with Bryan about a month ago when we began our search for a vehicle upgrade. He immediately was so friendly and personable and had the “no pressure” feeling. I think one big anxiety I have when car shopping is people being too pushy or calling constantly and Bryan was so relaxed and let us come to him when we were ready. This sold me immediately and my husband and I said if we were going to get a Honda that we would DEFINITELY be coming back to Buerkle Honda to work with Bryan. We actually came back twice when he wasn’t there and waited until we got in contact with him and could set up an appointment with him personally. He was so thorough and made the process so smooth. He was very knowledgeable about cars and the best way for us to get good deals. He stayed late to work with us even and just made us a priority. Amanda was fantastic to work with on buying a new Pilot. Having shopped around at other dealers, this was the best experience by far and Amanda was a big reason for that. She never made me feel pressured to buy anything and actually walked me through options in my price range only, rather than trying to upsell into something I said upfront was out of my budget. I didn’t feel like anything was hidden from me and she was very honest with everything also. The test drive was on my own which was also unique and I personally enjoyed being able to test the car without someone watching me drive. Overall a wonderful experience!
