Technician Pathway Programs
At Buerkle Automotive, we provide options for high school ages and older, to start their career in trade.
Current Post Secondary Student?
Work as you learn by entering our Tech-Track Program. We offer part time employment during the school year to allow you to balance your schedule as well as full-time hours during school breaks. Our program offers a full range of benefits:
- Monthly tuition reimbursement payments totaling $8,000 total | $2,500 tool allowance received
- Full Benefits - regardless of part-time or full-time hours
- Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k Retirement + Company Match
- ASE Certification training and Reimbursement
- Employment during school enrollment

Not Interest in Post Secondary Programs?
Looking to accelerate your automotive career? Enter our Earn As you Learn Program to launch your career. Upon receiving the ASE MLP (This is MLR for Maintenance and Light Repair) Certificate, the technician will be moved to B Level to continue performing diagnoses and repairs of most vehicle components with little supervision required. Our program offers a full range of benefits:
- $2,500 tool allowance received after 1 year
- ASE Certificate training and reimbursement
