We have our online above scheduling so that customers can book a real appointment, 24/7, in the convenience of their home or work.
First, the system will send you a confirmation email, restating the date, time and the first line of the appointment.
The online appointment system actually reserves time for you to arrive for the write up process and drop off your vehicle. It also reserves technician time during the day for your vehicle service or repairs.
Directions for on line appointments;
- Click on "Schedule Service Appointment" tab
Enter your vehicle info (drop down choices)
Enter your approximate mileage - Select one of the blue tabs - "Routine Maintenance" or
"Repairs"
For Repairs - select the area of concern ( i.e. Brake diagnosis or electrical diagnosis ) - A box will appear for you to type in your concern ( needed
repair ? what vehicle is doing ).
- After adding your concern, click on "Ok"
- You can now select an additional concern or click "Continue"
to move on.
- For Maintenance - or If you wish to add Maintenance to your
Repair appointment, click on the blue "Add Maintenance" tab.
- System will ask for more information on your vehicle ? if
you don't know them you can click "No Thanks"
- A box will appear with the "Recommended Services" tab ? next
to it will be a "Individual Services tab.
If the Recommended service is what you want, leave it checked. - If not, uncheck the service and click on "Individual
Services"
- A list of the normal maintenance services will appear,
scroll down & check off what you want.
- When ready, click on "Continue"
- A review page will appear showing what items you have
selected,
- You can add to this list now, or click "search availability"
- In the "Select Transportation" window check off which
option you want for this appointment (drop-off, wait, shuttle, Rental car)
- In the "Select Advisor' window you can select what
advisor you would like ?
- If you have only minor maintenance, you can select an
"Express advisor" for our Express service team.
- If you have selected a service or repair that express cannot
do the express advisors will not be in the drop down list.
- Now click "Search availability"
- Days & times that there are openings will appear, select
the day & time from the drop down lists.
- System will request you to register your name, address ? etc
to set up the selected appointment
- Next an appointment review will appear. If correct ? you can
Book the appointment
- You can print your confirmation number & you will receive an appointment confirmation soon to the email address you entered.
