Together, our large group of journeyman technicians have centuries of experience working on Hondas and other vehicles. All technicians are certified and factory-trained, and participate in regular training updates to keep their knowledge fresh and skills sharp.
Genuine Honda parts
We use genuine Honda OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts whenever possible (more than 99% of cases). OEM parts are the same as the ones your vehicle was built with, and are guaranteed to work. Using OEM parts also means that your vehicle's warranty will remain valid, which is not always the case with aftermarket parts.
Even with an oil change, you are guaranteed full quality in both parts and the experience of the labor that goes into it.
Free one-year Buerkle warranty
All repairs at Buerkle Honda are guaranteed by a one-year Buerkle warranty on parts and labor -- if you have problems with your repair within a year, we will fix it at no cost to you. In many cases this protection goes two or more years out.
For your convenience, we have a free shuttle available from 7am to noon on weekdays (M-F). The shuttle operates on an as-needed basis and leaves the facility when riders are ready. Please ask your service advisor if you will need transportation assistance outside of this time frame and we may be able to arrange pickup.
On-site Honda rental vehicles
We maintain a small fleet of Honda vehicles placed into rental service new from the factory, including most or all current-model-year vehicles. You will be able to choose from various models, depending on availability. Your rental vehicle will be brought directly into the service drive as quickly as possible so your normal day can continue. Call the service center for details on current pricing and model availability.
Check-in and road test drives for proper diagnosis
If your concern for car repair involves a noise, vibration, or similar item, your consultant may request that you drive with a technician to pinpoint the concern, and the conditions necessary to get it to occur. This is extremely important as most comebacks are directly caused by misunderstanding the concern. Test drives result in you and our technician agreeing on what exactly needs to be repaired. Our goal is to fix it right the first time, every time.
Easy drop-off and pickup
When you arrive for your service appointment just drive right up to the garage doors on the front of the building, facing Highway 61. The door will open automatically when you are close enough. After you pull inside, our consultants will greet you at your vehicle's door and review your appointment requests.

Our service center is located just north of I-694 on Highway 61, near Roseville, Vadnais Heights and White Bear Lake. We are just a few miles east of downtown Minneapolis and north of St. Paul.
